What To Expect On Your Initial Fitness & Wellness Evaluation


Your initial evaluation will consist of a wide range of tests that will help us move you in the right direction for what you are trying to accomplish. Your prescribed program will be implemented by Mr. James Verdisco himself or a member of his professional staff, which will be under constant monitoring and assessment.

Since our approach is treating the entire well being of the body, Mr. Verdisco will spend up to an hour during your first evaluation consultation to thoroughly examine and discuss your goals and set forth a clear direction of exercise and treatment.

Cardiovascular Graded Exercise Test
to determine the efficiency and capacity of the cardiovascular system in order to prescribe custom tailored cardio programs.

Orthopedic Testing
to test and evaluate muscle weakness and range of motion, tendon and ligament injuries, joint dysfunction, and postural dysfunction

Body Fat & Circumference Testing
to test and evaluate body mass index, body fat percentage , lean body mass and abdomen-to-waist girth ratios

Flexibility Assessment
to evaluate joint range of motion and muscle restrictions

Athletic Testing
to evaluate and determine max VO2 values, aerobic and anaerobic threshold and lactate tolerance

Clinical Populations
using science and physiological assessment to help identify intensity of exercise appropriate to the health implication and medications that the individual is presently taking
