See Fast Results With Our Group Sessions
Your entire workout is designed based on your tested physiology and then monitored every session by clinical exercise physiologists. Group work out sessions consist of interval cardio, strength training, and stretching during each and every session. During your workout clinical exercise physiologists will be monitoring your every movement, addressing your posture, checking blood pressure/ heart rate and assisting in every way possible to make sure each individual is progressing to their absolute physiological capacities. Group is for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Every 12 weeks we will perform an evaluation to retest your present physiology so that way can rewrite a new program based off your increased progression.
This program will have a FREE membership to our cardio room for the duration of the individual’s membership.
