Exercise Science Inc., offers the Health, Fitness, and Athlete population two types of exercise training programs that the client will be directed into based off their initial evaluations. Our Group or One on One Training sessions are designed to meet the needs of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels and is tailored to the individual. Each program targets energy system training , neuromuscular strength training, and flexibility within each session. Using Science we will train your body to its highest efficiency and maximize physiological potential.
